Thoughts from Perth, finding your unique ability and changing as a person

Eyooo friend!
So quick life update:
Arrived in Perth a few days ago.
Feels like a bit of a hidden gem, it has everything you need.
Loving the calmness, the fresh air and the quiet compared to Bali. It’s so spacious and has the most beautiful beaches I have seen.
Before moving into a co-living with other founders, I stayed one night with Jena’s family. So sweet that I could stay there.
They were so warm and open, welcoming a complete stranger into their home, It really inspires me to be like that in the future too.

Business highlight of last week:
It was the first family call with the Founderspace Fam. Gave me so much energy to see everyone together, connecting, and helping each other out :)

Couple of thoughts
I
About change
Change only happens if you really want it.
What helps is mentally preparing for the fight with your old self
In the process of change, you’re breaking patterns that have been wired into you for years.
Your old self will fight hard to pull you back to what’s familiar.
When that moment hits, when it feels easier to fall back than to move forward
that’s your signal.
That’s when you stay focused on the new habits and keep going.
II
If you wanna build a €1M company you should start acting like a €1M company.
How would a €1M company behave and have his systems in place?
III
Of course changing or building a business isn’t “easy.” But when you label it as hard (“staying consistent is hard”) you make it heavier than it is.
Maybe you’ve struggled to stay consistent on important things for years.
That doesn’t mean consistency is hard. It means you’ve been consistent with the wrong habits (procrastination, distraction, or avoidance).
The skill of consistency is already there. You just need to redirect it.
Instead of: “Consistency is hard.”
