The secret ingredient

Eyooo friend!

So quick life update:

Back in NL again, after some beautiful last days in Switzerland.

Now it’s time for some deep focus weeks :)

Couple of thoughts

I

Reminder that the 80/20 principle exists.

20% of your time and effort creates 80% of the results in your life.

So the question is:
What’s the 20% you should be focusing on right now?

II

Writing is a great way to sharpen your thinking.

When you write something down, it’s like taking a picture of your thought.
You can actually see where your thinking is sharp and where it’s still vague.

Since starting this newsletter, I’ve made a lot of progress turning my thoughts into (somewhat) clear ideas.

III

One of my favorite kids’ movies of all time is Kung Fu Panda.

Lately, it’s been popping up in my head a lot.
Since realizing how important self-belief and trust really are, the essence of the story clicked on a deeper level.

It feels like we’re always searching for that one “secret ingredient.”
We keep reading and consuming, trying to find the answer somewhere hidden.

But just like in Kung Fu Panda, there is no secret ingredient.

It’s just you.

The dragon scroll, the key to limitless power… turns out to be a blank page with a mirror.

It’s simply about believing in yourself and trusting that things will work out.

So if there were any “secret ingredient” for me, it’s self-belief and trust.
