So quick life update:
A little late newsletter this week, for a good reason.
The first Founderspace Founder House kicked off on Monday here in Koh Samui, Thailand.
It's been a dream so far.
We're in this beautiful villa, starting every day together at 6:30 with Qigong (ancient Chinese movements ) to wake up the body. Then yoga, breathwork, meditation, and journaling. Quick brekkie, followed by deep focus time till afternoon.
Yesterday we ran a session on setting goals and gaining clarity. Everyone was openly challenging each other’s beliefs.
Key takeaway: aim higher. Always.
After the workshop, we grabbed pad thai somewhere out and about.
Came back for another deep work sprint and ended the night with a card game called Kwatro and Inside Out 2. If you haven’t watched it yet, it’s a must. It shows in such a simple, digestible way how your emotions work. You’ll definitely be confronted and learn a thing or two. (And watch the first one too if you haven’t.)

Couple of thoughts
I
We worry way too much.
Some of us know this feeling too well, the mind instantly jumping to the worst-case scenario, even when nothing is actually wrong.
Start paying attention to that pattern.
Notice how pointless it is.
How much life it steals.
Stop worrying.
Start living.
II
Manifestation is real.
Your thoughts literally shape how you experience the world.
Where you place your attention, your energy flows.
So focus on what you want, not what you fear.
Positive thoughts and affirmations compound into real change.
III
Follow your heart more.
Quiet your mind and simply be in silence.
Listen to what arises from within. You know the answers, you know the right direction. Don’t try to rationalize everything.
