Getting out of our heads, voicing problems and the backwards law

Eyooo friend!
So quick life update:
Life is just really good.
A trauma masseuse from Bali came by the house and destroyed everyone.
It was gooood.

Couple of thoughts
I
We live way too much in our heads.
Thinking, planning, analyzing all day and night.
While the body get’s completely ignored.
I noticed the more I come back to my body, actually feel it, move it, listen to it, the better everything gets.
The calmer I become, the more energy and clarity I have.
II
Voice your problems.
I tend to keep my problems to myself. Thinking I have to fix them alone.
But every single time I talk to people about it.
The problem loses its weight. And the solution shows up way faster.
Turns out a lot of problems only feel unsolvable because they're stuck in your head. See the pattern? :)
III
A calm mind, healthy body, loving friends and a purpose.
That's my definition of rich.

Accepting our unhappiness leads to happiness.”
