Founder house learnings and a pro tip to stop procrastinating

§

Eyooo friend!

So quick life update:

Every day I’m still speechless by the view from this villa.

The last couple of days have been such a vibe
Padel matches, Thai boxing sessions, finding our go-to spot (Mama’s Kitchen 🤝 ), a clarity business session, a cacao + breathwork ceremony and a full workshop on self-limiting beliefs.

Some insights from the crew during the first week in the founder's house:

  • Be more ambitious in the short-term goals (3-6 months)

  • Disconnect to connect

  • Don’t overcomplicate

Couple of thoughts

I

To turn your dreams intro reality you just have to go and do it.

II

Interesting observation I’ve had.

Your biggest fears will materialize if you don’t fully accept that it can happen.

It’s weird, but everything we don’t want to happen ends up happening when we refuse to accept the possibility of it, and don’t trust that we’ll be okay if it does.

That resistance puts you in a tight grip.
It makes you act in ways that actually lead to the very thing you’re afraid of.

III

Pro tip: If you need to get important things done and want to stop procrastinating, set a €100 fine if you don’t complete it and lock it in with a friend.

IV

You choose your own suffering.
