Remember, results don’t show up right away. You put in the work, stay consistent, and for a while it feels like nothing’s changing.

Keep going. Keep directing your focus on the work not the output.

Eventually momentum will hit and suddenly everything takes off. It’s the compound effect of your growth finally showing itself.

Stop trying to please everyone. Listen to your own needs. Take time for yourself.

It’s okay to go left when everyone wants to go right.
