3 questions to bring you back to what actually matters

Eyooo friend!
So quick life update:
Now one full week in the Swiss Alps.
Life here has been really good, but also a little overwhelming at times.
The good
Langlaufen. Long hikes. Ice skating. Snowboarding. Just being outside and moving every day. There’s something about it that hits different. I feel like a kid again.
Also big news. Founderhouse 002 in Lombok is officially happening. Can’t wait for that one.
The overwhelm
I noticed I slipped back into putting a lot of pressure on myself around the business needing to perform.
But after an early night reset and answering the 3 questions down below, I felt a lot better.

Couple of thoughts
I

Action is waiting.
II

Rumi recommended me the book 10x is easier than 2x. It’s a banger.
Here are some concepts I’m loving.
Achieving big goals is might be easier than achieving more “realistic” goals. Because instead of having many possible paths, they seem impossible unless you do ... and this is exactly what you should focus on.
Having bigger outcomes is not about doing more but about doing less.

Vera shared this one:
If your mind is loud — Write.
If your mind is empty — Read.
If your mind is racing — Walk.
